Who we are
This website belongs to Prestige Fascias and Soffits, a roofline and roofing business working across Blackpool and the North West. We are the data controller for anything you send us through it.

What we collect
Only what you type into one of the quote forms, which is your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the job. There is no account to create and nothing else is collected about you.
Why we hold it
To get back to you about your enquiry, price the work and arrange it. That is preparing a contract at your request. If you get in touch and we never end up doing the job, we keep the enquiry only as long as it is useful to answer it.
Who sees it
Your enquiry goes to us and nobody else. It is delivered by Charmpages, who built and look after this website, purely to pass the message on. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other trades, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
The map and the quote widget
Two parts of this site come from other companies. The coverage map is a Google Maps embed, and the quote widget is provided by MyJobQuote. Both are loaded from their own servers, so using them tells those companies your IP address and something about your browser.
Neither of them loads until you press Allow on the cookie bar. If you press No thanks, or ignore it, they stay switched off and the rest of the site works normally. Your choice is remembered in your own browser, and you can change it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
This site runs no advertising pixel and no analytics. The lettering on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address so it can send the font file, and no cookie is set.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly dead. Paperwork for jobs we have actually done is kept for six years, because HMRC requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring or email and we will sort it, normally the same week and always within a month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Other websites
Where we link out, for example to a review profile or a supplier, those sites have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.
